We just celebrated our daughters wedding. The bride lived out of town so mom did all the heavy lifting. The bride expressed her wishes to Lilly in regards to flowers, colors and arrangements. Words can not describe the fabulous arrangements that Lilly and Peter produced for us. They truly took an interest in our needs, staying within our budget and delivered more than we ever expected. What they said they would do, they did and more. We could not ask for more. Working with both Peter and Lilly was way more than just a business transaction. They reassured us that everything would be taken care of and it certainly was. They were a calming influence and their experience was clearly evident. Greetings! I live in Kentucky and called Creations by Lily on my niece, Jennifer's, birthday, 3/30/09. She lives in Chesterfield and CbL looked online as the best florist in town and were they ever! Peter talked with me about what I like and what Jennifer might like. They nailed it. Peter called Jennifer (7 months pregnant with a 2 year old)) to make sure she would be home (where else would she be, ladies?). He also called me to let me know he had delivered my gift successfully. Customer Service like this is hard to find and I appreciate it so much. "Aunt Denise"

We grew up in St. Louis, but now live in Scottsdale, AZ. So when our lifelong friends in Frontenac had a baby this month we needed to find a way to congratulate them from afar. We looked up florists on the yellowpages site to find someone close to St. Luke's Hospital. Lily's very artistic and original website caught our eye as well as gave us a vibe that she could create something special for our occasion. We wanted to send something beautiful and classy, but not an arrangement that would have to be thrown out in a few days. We also wanted something practical to go along with this order that the new parents could use to care for their first child. Peter and Lily suggested a gorgeous pink orchid plant (they had a girl) and added an adorable lamb plush who was holding three soft, fuzzy receiving blankets. PERFECT!!! Even though it was 3:00 STL time when I called they were able to deliver it to our friends' hospital room by 4:40 that same day. To top it all off, since we are out of town, we asked Lily if she would e-mail a picture of her creation after it was completed so we could see the final product. Sure enough there it was in our inbox that night and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our friends loved it and we are forever grateful to Lily and Peter for making this one-of-a-kind gift for the most special day in our friends' lives. Lily and Peter are first class, professional, and most importantly, add their unique, personal touch. Lily has found a customer for life and a referral service to all of our friends and family!!

My sister called wanting delivery within 30 minutes knowing I may leave my work ill. I left before the 30 minute window. Peter (darling Peter) didn't just leave the beautiful flowers, he tracked down my house and delivered them to me. It wasn't just a delivery, it was a heartfelt presentation that I will always remember. I wish I had a picture of Peter's smile holding the flowers at my door step. Work and home are in different towns. I gave him a 20 dollar tip, and he called my sister and deducted a portion from the bill thinking it only fair. Peter is better than a dream, I look forward to someday meeting Lilly

The bride and groom were out of town and Mom was the in-town wedding coordinator. The groom loves the traditional, and the bride expects the out of the ordinary. How can Mom find a florist who can satisfy both needs? Interviews included the search for quality work, innovative design, detail orientation, and good communications.
